Price list for accommodation by period (in EUR)

• In high season (17.05.2025. - 13.09.2025.) the day of arrival and departure is Saturday / Check in is from 16.00h / Check out is until 10.00h.
• Out of high season the day of arrival and departure is not specified, and the minimum stay is 5 nights / Check in is from 16.00h / Check out is until 10.00h
• Residence tax, final cleaning, costs of electricity, water, heating and cooling are included in the rental price.
• Depending on the situation on the market, in some periods, the mentioned prices may be discounted to the users of the service.
• A deposit of 2.500 € is paid, due to possible damage that could occur during the stay: a) in cash, upon arrival to the owner or b) to our bank account, and money should be in our account no later than 1 day before the guests arrival. The deposit is returned to the guest upon departure if no damage has occurred.
• The pool may be heated for an additional fee. Please enquire prior to booking for further details. NOTE: Pool heating loses efficiency if the outside night temperature drops below 15 degree.
• An electric car charger is available in the car park.
• Welcome package with local ingredients, welcome drink and basket with fresh fruit upon arrival included in price.

After selecting your desired date, please send us an inquiry about the availability of the accommodation, so that we can confirm availability and provide you with additional information.
