Price list for accommodation by period (in EUR)

• In high season (13.05.2023. - 16.09.2023. and 18.05.2024. - 14.09.2024.) the day of arrival and departure is Saturday / Check in is from 16.00h / Check out is until 10.00h.
• Out of high season the day of arrival and departure is not specified, and the minimum stay is 5 nights / Check in is from 16.00h / Check out is until 10.00h
• Residence tax, final cleaning, costs of electricity, water, heating and cooling are included in the rental price.
• Depending on the situation on the market, in some periods, the mentioned prices may be discounted to the users of the service.
• A deposit of 3.000 € is paid, due to possible damage that could occur during the stay: a) in cash, upon arrival to the owner or b) to our bank account, and money should be in our account no later than 1 day before the guests arrival. The deposit is returned to the guest upon departure if no damage has occurred.
• For an additional fee of 45,00 Eur/day (the price is valid for the year 2023) the pool may be heated . Please enquire prior to booking for further details. NOTE: Pool heating loses efficiency if the outside night temperature drops below 15 degree.
• An electric car charger is available in the car park.
