Instructions for Using the Online Calendar and Price Calculation
1. Using the Calendar and Automatic Price Calculation
By clicking on the Calendar, Prices, and Reservations ! link, the website visitor will be redirected to our external reservation system (we use the Eviivo booking system and Stripe for card payments), where they can check accommodation prices by selecting the desired stay dates. On the calendar, you will see the availability of the accommodation. The calendar allows selecting only available dates. Click on the desired dates for your stay (arrival and departure). The period between the selected dates will be automatically selected. The first date you choose is your arrival date, and the last selected date is your departure date. After selecting the desired period, confirmation will appear below the calendar including the total number of nights and the price generated according to the price list for the selected period. During the high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, and in the pre- and post-season, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Arrival and departure days are not fixed throughout the rental season. The system is fully automated, and you can complete the reservation this way. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
2. Filling Out the Questionnaire
Using the contact form, you can contact us if you have any questions or specific requests, to which we will gladly respond. Fill in the questionnaire at the bottom of the page and send us your message. In the reservation questionnaire, enter your personal data, the total number of guests, and any other requested information.
3. Verification of Entered Data
Check the entered information and confirm your reservation inquiry.
4. Reservation and Payment
Upon receiving your reservation inquiry, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends and holidays), including payment details (deposit and remaining balance), payment deadlines, and payment methods. Note: bank fees for payment transactions are borne by the guests.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
1. After agreeing on the reservation conditions and details, the guest must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount to confirm the reservation.
2. The deadline for paying the deposit is up to 7 days from the date on the proforma invoice. The proforma invoice is issued for the total reservation/rental amount, indicating the deposit amount with the due date (7 days from issue) and the remaining balance with a due date 90 days before the booked period starts. The lessor sends the proforma invoice by email. If the lessor does not receive the deposit payment within 7 days, it is considered that the guest has canceled the reservation.
3. After receiving the deposit payment within the specified period, the lessor issues a confirmation that the term is reserved and sends an invoice for the deposit amount (30% of the total reservation) by email.
4. No later than 90 days before the start of the reserved period, the guest must pay the remaining balance to the lessor's bank account according to the proforma invoice.
5. If the guest fails to pay the remaining balance, it is considered that they have canceled the reservation and will forfeit the paid deposit in full. If the cancellation is made more than 91 days before arrival, the full deposit is refunded; if less than 91 days, the deposit is forfeited.
6. After the guest pays the remaining balance at least 90 days before arrival, the lessor sends an invoice for the remaining 70% of the total reservation by email and confirms the reservation.
7. If the guest does not arrive on the reserved date, the lessor will not refund any paid amount; cancellation fee is 100%, reduced by 10% covering unused costs (electricity, water, air conditioning), so the guest is refunded 10% of the total reservation amount.
8. Upon arrival, the guest must pay a deposit, which will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage is caused to the property or inventory.
9. The guest receives a receipt for the deposit payment from the lessor. After the lessor returns the deposit, the guest signs a receipt of deposit refund.
Guests are advised to obtain travel cancellation insurance from their insurer.
