Reservation and payment

1. Using the calendar and pricelist

In the PRICELIST icon, check the prices by terms. In some periods, there may exist certain bonuses about which we will notify you by e-mail when confirming your query.

Click on the desired dates of your vacation (arrival and departure). The normal day of arrival is Saturday. Check in from 16.00h, Check out is till 10.00h. The period between these dates will be automatically selected. The last date you selected is the date of your departure. Check the availability of the selected term by clicking on CHECK.

If the selected term is free, the arrival and departure dates will appear with the total price for the object.

If the term is occupied you will get an adequate notice, so try another term.

2. Fill out the questionnaire

If your selected term is free, fill out the questionnaire at the end of the page to continue with your reservation. In the reservation questionnaire you enter your personal data, as well as data on the total number of reservation users, and the rest of what is required in the questionnaire. If you want to use the available special offers, please choose on the menu at the end of the questionnaire. You can find more about special offers in the main menu of these pages.

3. Checking the entered data

Check the entered data and confirm your reservation request.

4. Reservation and payment

Upon receipt of your booking inquiry, we will send you an e-mail within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends and holidays), which will contain confirmation of your inquiry, payment details (advance payment and remaining amount), payment deadlines and method of payment.
Note: Bank costs of executed payment are paid by the guests.

5. Cancellation of reservation

The guest is entitled to a refund of the total amount paid if the cancellation request is received no later than 36 days prior to the commencement of the service (reserved arrival). After this date the total amount paid will be retained, except in exceptional cases (health problems).
